Hello ….. How are you doing today?

The purpose of my blog

My name is John. I am in the Masters of Education program at John Carroll University. I am working on a license in AYA Biology/Chemistry with the hopes of becoming a high school science teacher. This e-portfolio is being built as a means to reflect on lessons learned during an educational technology course that I am currently enrolled in. As someone that has spent time in the geologic sciences, I have come to realize how important technology is to the world of scientific inquiry. From the ability to communicate and collaborate with others across the globe to pushing our understanding of the world we live in, technology has become integrated to every aspect of the sciences. Because of this, integration into the classroom environment in is vitally important to our science education.
